American Idol eliminated Naima Adedapo and Thia Megia leaving its Top 9 finalists for season 10 during Thursday night’s broadcast on Fox.

Judge Judy Sheindlin is “feeling better” after being rushed to hospital on Wednesday morning (30th March 2011).

Judge Judy (Judy Sheindlin) is recovering in hospital after suffering a health scare yesterday, reports the Los Angeles Times.

The star of the legal show ‘Judge Judy’, was working at her Hollywood studio when she started complaining of “intestinal discomfort”. She was taken to the hospital and was listed in “serious condition”, according to the LAFD. The Judge told Tmz.com, “I’m just exhausted, and my body was telling me it needed a day to chill”. She is expected to leave the Cedars-Sinai Medical Centre tomorrow. It is currently unclear what exactly prompted Judge Judy to seek medical attention.

Judge Judy was appointed as a judge in 1976 and was featured on CBSs’ ’60 Minutes’ in the 1990′s, which led to her gaining a reputation for being a “tough judge”. Since 1996, she has been presiding over her own syndicated courtroom show.

Mike Catherwood Is The First To Go

Last-place dancer Catherwood was in the bottom three with boxing legend Sugar Ray Leonard and talk-show hostess Wendy Williams. Host Tom Bergeron soon notified the radio personality he would be the first booted from the 12th season of the popular ABC show.

“It’s been nothing but a pleasurable experience,” he said, thanking fans of his radio show and his “Dancing With the Stars” peers. “It sucks to be sent home first, but I’ve made a lot of good friends. America obviously knows that Lacey Schwimmer is a beautiful person on the outside, but everybody needs to know she’s equally, if not more, beautiful on the inside. I’ve made a lifelong friend.”
